Specific Cover up underwear

Please cover up my underwear, if someone could basically add a little extra piece of the dress (so it could cover it but dont make the dress look too long) if that makes sense.

I noticed something I didn't like. Use these, instead.

I asked the tailor for extra piece of cloth, but he said there is none left. So, dress remained as is and I became a surgeon. While I was being a surgeon, there is a little bit of waist trimming done as well in addition. Hope you won't mind.
