I made these by just messin around with a few brushes, blend modes and opacity. The dark one has some words. No they are not meant to be readable, but if you can more power to ya.

On my monitor, your avatar is very dark! I can barely make out your name.

Could be ya monitor, my avatar looks fine one my screen. You could be right about the second pic, didn't think about that
