If you look at both images you provided...

You will see a difference in quality of the image. What you are asking is quite an edit.

That is the problem...We need high res / sharp images to work with, Olde addage fits here..junk in, junk out.

Both images need to be of the same quality, poor images do not look good....A high res of yourself would help a bit
