Could not initialize Photoshop because the working volumes are full?

Hello Friends,

the hole day i cant open Photoshop CC 2019. This Message arrive: Could not initialize Photoshop because the working volumes are full. I restarted Laptop and opend only Photoshop and closed everything and still this Message is there. How can i solve it? I have a lot work to do.

Solved. It was too little storage space on the Computer
