Correct Ratio Fix?

Hello. I have a relatively simple question but just can't seem to find an answer. Is there a fast way to correct an image that has a distorted and incorrect ratio? I have attached a link to an example pic below.

it looks stretched to me, you could try transform tool and bring it ina bit

This was simpler than I thought. All I did was transform the whole picture by scaling on the horizontal. I wasn't sure of the shoulder so I added a warp and pulled it out from the bottom right edge, then a little bit of moving from the inside point on the middle left. Here is my result, uncropped.
