Cool free textures

I just want to add that there are programs available that can download the complete texture collection from this web site all at once.

I mention a few;

  • Httrack[/list:u]

No, not at all. I always have my short daily trip to the same 6 web sites. As soon as I notice something interesting it's CTRL+D ;)
 
My god! Those are some of the best I've seen...certainly the best free collection! Thanks, Gauss
 
Just so we Mac users aren't left out, here are some apps for Macintosh that can download all the textures (and/or entire websites if you wish):

WebDumper (I use this and it's great. OS X version too)
WebWhacker
WebDevil
PageSucker
 
Page Sucker... heheee, that's an app I'd like to have...
(the name gives me the impression it only uploads pages that suck...)

And...don't be afraid mac users will ever be left out: thanks to mac (Apple) PC got out of the boring dos screen. It's only a pity that Amiga around anymore...I've heard so many good things about it....
