Specific Convert MAC Files

Hi guys,
I have these 2 file from a print-shop that i used to print stuff 3 years ago and when i asked the guy for the files to print them myself he sent me .mac files.
Can someone convert them to pdf or psd or .ai files ? I did try online but it seems that nothing works.

Ty , that is only one corner. I have a jpg of the whole file but that one is supposed to be vectorized.

What do you mean by "vectorized"? Editable text (as a PDF/PSD/AI file)? Or as a fillable PDF document for order creation?

That won't work due to the poor quality and lack of foreign language skills.

In such cases, you simply create such templates from scratch.

I mean editable yea, like AI. @kabak had a good file and i will try and use that one if it will not work i will make it from zero. Thank you all.
