Confused

I just purchased a new computer with a Vista 64 bit operating system and found that Photoshop Elements 6 will not work with it. Where should I go to find a solution to this issue?

The retail box that Elements came in does not state that it will not work in a 64 bit operating system.

I don't always know what I'm talking about, but if I think it might help the tiniest bit, I'll let people know. In THIS case: Some Photoshop software and even some of the tools or presets themselves require a dual core processor. For starters, you could go online to Google and search something like, "Photoshop Elements 6 software requirements". Again, I may not know exactly what I'm talking about, but I believe that might help you in the right direction- Good luck!

I googled it, and it looks like they just haven't come out with a 64 bit-compatible version yet, so until then, I suppose you're out of luck
