Specific Completing missing part of finger.

Hello Photoshop Gurus,
Attached is the image of hand and a engraving tool. I want someone to fix the missing part of the finger. As you can see the bottom part is missing.

Secondly, there is a wavy line just next to the tip of the engraving pen.I want it to make it look like real engraving line. I will show you some engraving examples, as well as.

I've had a quick go at it. I'm not happy with how the line turned out. I'll try again when I actually have access to my PC.
