Specific Combining two photos and adjusting the perspective

Hi, everyone, I stopped by to ask a favor. I'm looking to insert the girl into the beach umbrella photo (putting her in the foreground about a third of the way in from the bottom left corner). Does Photoshop have something like a global perspective adjuster or do you just have an eyeball it? (It doesn't have to be perfect as I'm just using this as a model for a painting.)

As far as I know, there is nothing of that sort, but one can use guides and ruler for placement.
