Hey all, I'm making a YouTube video that features elements of both Britney Spears and Billie Eilish and I figured it'd be a fun idea to have Britney in the thumbnail with Billie Eilish' hair. Normally I get by with just using Paint, but it proved to be more difficult than I thought, hence I'm asking this forum for help. The following picture is the picture of Britney that I would like to use. I have also attached a .png of Eilish' hair, but it doesn't matter which hairstyle of her is used.
