Hi I wonder if anyone has come across this problem before? My operating system is OSX 10.6.8 and I am using CS5. I have been using this version for around a couple of years and not had this problem until recently and it has happened a few times now. The image attached has got lots of layers of different colours and whilst working on it most of the colours all of a sudden turn to black and the background colour disappears completely? When this happens the colour information is lost, the layers are still there and the outlines of the images, which are scanned in, are fine. It also happened one time when the image looked fine when I saved it but when I reopened it came out black. Any help would be gratefully received!
