Specific Colour replace

Hi

I hope somebody can assist with my request.

I would like the dress on the attached photo to be the same shade of blue as shown in the other photo and the red dots to be shown in the grey in the other photo.

Would it also be possible to do this in reverse (shown the dress in grey and the dots in blue)?
