Hello! I have a quick super-newbie question. For some reason colours won't work on my photoshop, they all come out gray-ish. I can't figure out why this is, can anybody help?

If you are coloring on a photo the color mode of the brush should match that of the photo automatically. So if something is weird is happening on a photo check to see that your brush mode is set to normal. The mode setting is located under the menu bar when your brush tool is selected.

If you are trying to color in a new document (not a photo) you have it set to gray scale. When you see the new document dialogue box check that the mode is set to RGB. Again also check your brush mode.
