Colors in Photoshop CS 64-bit completely off, but ONLY in Photoshop; White = Cream

So my whites and grays and everything are PERFECT everywhere but in Photoshop. Granted I don't have a hardware calibration tool, only software, but I've used nVidia's tool as well as several others, and everything is fine, except when I go into CS5. For example, the whites on this page are perfectly fine. However, in CS5 the white is cream colored.

Is there something specific to CS5 that is independent of my monitor as well as every other application that I own that makes it cream? It didn't used to be like this, so I don't know what changed.

You have Edit->Colour Settings... in Photoshop and it makes a lot of difference. Of course it also depends whether you calibrate Photoshop or anything else.

Like Peta62 said it's really important to calibrate your monitor.
Go to Edit|Assign Profile and click on Don't Color Manage this Document.
