Specific Color Change

I would appreciate it if somebody could change all the red in the car photo to a neutral or cold white like in the picture provided below it to match the moons ambiance. Thank you!

I love it but sorry for the pickiness but could you make the white just a tad more neutral and theres still a couple red lights on the mountain

I was in two minds whether to use the Channels panel to select the Reds or the Colour Range Selection. I opted to go for the Channels. The down side is that reds on the whole image including moon, sky, etc are also Cyanified.
Let us know if you need changes.
