I took a black and white pic and I want to add different colors to different parts of the pic. I know I can use one of the lasso tools to select each portion, but can't get a perfect outline of what I want to color using that tool. I used the pen tool to get a better outline, but now can't figure out how to take that outline that photoshop is calling a vector mask and use it as a selection that I can then go in and change the hue to color that want. Can this be done?
