Hey Sarah! Most people on here encourage you to not so much ask for help, but more to ask advice on how you could achieve this on your own. I'll Be nice and give it a go, but I'm just letting you know before hand, that most people on here do this type of stuff for money.

Take a look at this, tell me what you like and also what you don't like, I still have to original and the Photoshop file, so let me know if you want something changed. 
Edit: Also, I have to be somewhere shortly, so I may not have time to fix it until I am back. I will be back in about 4 hours or so.

PS - Changing the color of his hair is another story. Personally, I wouldn't do it because of the low quality and small size of the original. Sure, one can get something that looks like a brown mass of something vaguely hair-like on top of his head, but I probably wouldn't be satisfied with the result unless I put much more work into this than I feel like doing (for essentially no reward, either intellectually or monetarily).

I personally agree with Tom on the hair color change. It wouldn't really look like hair and doesn't go with the original color of the image. And with the quality we are working with here, making it look right would be more trouble than it's worth.
Also be sure to thank Tom for the time he put into this, as he is correct. He gets nothing from this. I don't get anything for it either but seeing as how I'm new and am still learning a few things(from Tom and others that have helped me), I don't mind taking the tasks not many people don't want. It's good practice for me.
I think Tom's edit is the best you'll get for the quality.

Earlier I said I was going to be gone for about 4 hours. I actually left to go apply for some jobs. The third place I went said they are hiring, gave me an app, I filled it out on the spot, they walked into the office, the manager walked out, asked me a few questions(including are you stupid?), she liked my response, took the info she needed and said I start tomorrow and to be there at 4:30am!
Damn it's been a great day. Peace out! I'm off to bed because that is very early. Night everyone.

No, unfortunately it doesn't. It's actually just a gas-station job. What I really enjoy about it though, is the nice/cool people I work with, and a manager that is as laid back as a regular employee. It's hard to come by a job where you like everyone you work with. But so far, I have no one I dislike at all. I like the work, I stay busy the whole shift which is pretty much a must for me. If I run out of stuff they tell me to get done, I'm always finding more stuff that need attention. If I'm not busy, I'm bored. If I'm bored, I don't really enjoy working. But currently it's been fast-paced enough for me.
