CMYK amendment

How do. I was just wondering if somebody could kindly point me in the right direction here.
Im not the best, but im quite handy with photoshop.

My request is regarding a flyer for a clubnight I run. It has been sent off to the printers and they have sent me the following email.

Unfortunately, your files can not be used for your order!

Your front side / reverse side has the following colour code:
C: 86%
M: 85%
Y: 79%
K: 100%
If there is too much colour, the paper cannot dry properly. For a rich black colour management, it is sufficient to save your files as: 100% black (K), 50% cyan (C) and 50% magenta (M). Please amend your files.

Im a little confused by this, and unsure how exactly to change it, any help would be kindy appreciated.

Sounds like you need another printer
