clone tool

I am an incredibly new newbie. I've watched several tutorials and I am working my way through this software to get familiar with it.

I cannot figure out how to make the clone tool work.

I told you I'm a newbie, but you gotta start somewhere

with the clone tool, you have to hold down ALT and set a cloning point, then u can sart brushing and whatever is in the cloning point will be shown where your brush is.

Also you might want to buy some books, such as photoshop for dummies, learning photoshop..... buying books and magazines for photoshop really increase your skills because some of the stuff are not on the internet. the internet is a good place to learn, but not the best.
