Could someone please make the sky in this photo clear and also if possible try to remove the two people at the end of the path? Many thanks!

This was a tough extraction - and credit to @Babine for an excellent job.
I struggled with this and found several ways not to do it. Stuck with it though and came up with a process.
Not a fan of clear skies but at the OP's request:
