Specific Cleaning and snow

im not that good of a editor to be able to do this, i want to remove the interior glaire of the car and the signes on the side of the road. And would be great to make the road look like a snowed pathway not actual road. Thank you

These are great. I can remove the street lights and clean up the side walk myself. Making it look like we're in the wilderness
