Changing perspective of photo to side view

Hello,
I want to change perspective of this trailer to be fully side view

From this angle


to this angle



I want to lose the quality of the photo and its shape as little as possible. Please advise which tool is best for this.
I also don't want the photo to be cropped on any side because that's usually how it ends when I try to edit angles.

Try "Perspective warp", but if you include the wheels, it may not look right.
