let's say I have about 10 pictures and I want to change all of them in the same manner.
I know there's a recording function somewhere that allows the user to apply the same effect to several photos at one time but I don't recall where it's at.
Does anybody know about this function's name and/or location

Why is it when I do the actions, I always get the last photo listed first?
I can redo 10 pictures and after I saved them, #10 is listed first then 1 through 9

File names are stored as strings in almost every operating system and database management system. For example, if your expecting a thousand files sorted by the same name and a number, if at all possible, start at 0001 and it won't do that.

If you have less than a hundred, start with 01.

Yeah it saves them in order but if I post them on a site, it will put the last one first during the uploads even though they are in order in the folder
so it goes

10
1
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9

It's nothing big since I can put #10 last after the 1-9 are grouped together but it doesn't seem right.

Dave, sorry........missed this thread yesterday. Are you adding the 0 (ZERO)as in 01 through 09 in your file name when you save the original picture?

If so, they will upload/download in numerical order. The 10 will follow the 09 and so on. No need to move anything!

But.........if your expecting more than a hundred photos.....
