Anyone can teach me how to make a face look slimmer?

very tricky but possible so many tools could be required, hard to say where to start without seeing the image

The main tool to use for this is Filter --> Liquify. It takes some practice getting comfortable with all the tools in there, but it is very powerful for slimming effects and alterations. The main ones you should focus on are the Forward Warp Tool and Pucker Tool.
