Specific Change the text on a stamp image

Hi!

I would love to have the text changed on the attached image, from "approved" to "betalad" (upper cased, of course). The design on the text will not be changed though. The same font and the same design must be on the new text

And if you could, please move the text and the stars so they are centered within the circle, like in the original image. Also, the stars looks deformed. I hope I'm not too demanding
