Paid Change the background and take some objects out in front of me [$10+]

I'm sitting at a 2-person table at a restaurant and the photo was taken from the opposite side of the table on my eye level. I want the background changed to like a bar or something not as boring. There are objects on the table blocking the lower part of my torso and arms that I want removed and MAYBE replace them with other items. I'm wearing a plain white t-shirt. I'm willing to pay more if you think it's a complicated project.
