Specific Change text color and resize?

Hello!

Could you please change the text color of "Ramen" and "Japan" to white please? And make the background white?
As well as to resize the logo to 50x50cm, 200dpi?

If resizing is not possible, thats okay! Just the text and background color is okay!

I am a bit confused. The image you provided already has a white background. So, if the Ramen and Japan are made white, All you are left with is "Vatten" off to the left.

I may be being dense today yet it seemed I may not be getting exactly what you want. Could you please clarify. Maybe I am just too tired to "get it" tonight.
