Specific Change "Ghost" Image

In the attached image, I need to crop out everything around the ghost and the hole and replace the "ghost grave" with a white cartoon pencil that is in line with the style of the image. Do you think you can do this?

Not exactly sure what you meant by cropping everything around the ghost so.... let me know if you need these altered.
