Change from plastic to stainless steel?


Why overlay it will lose the stainless pattern like that? .whatchutalkinboutwillis? lol

It looks like you have something laying over the top of the tub, if you choose Overlay it will look like it is actual texture..

The source photo has to much noise imho to make it look right anyways. i would find another source file..

What exactly is this for Fiona??
 
The image you posted doesn't have enough contrast in it to make a good displacement map but if you have stainless steel texture you can overlay it and use the transform tool/ warp on several layers to get the effect. Then just play with the levels of the object layer. You would need to spend a little more time warping your steel layer than I did though. I hope this helps.
