change color

Hi

I just got a fake tatoo and took a photo of it. The problem is the tatoo is blue and I want it to be black. Any Idea how I can do this in photoshop?

Many different ways. If you are good with the pen tool, you could trace the tat, turn it into selection then fill. A more beginner's approach, use the magic wand tool and it will select color you clicked and similar colors. Adjust the "tolerance" to change the range of colors selected.
