Specific Change color of the shirt and the tie style

I think you'll have better luck if you can be more specific about what kind of new shirt and tie you would like. Do you have any colors or styles in mind? Do you want to look businesslike? Do you want to look sporty and casual? Do you want to look artsy and fashionable? A little bit of direction would help forum members to not waste their time on an edit that you don't like.
Alternatively, if you really do intend to allow forum members to use their imaginations with no constraints, then please specify that. But then, there's no telling what you might get:
