Specific Change background

Hi! Can someone please fix these two photos: I would like the London background in the first photo (and maybe photoshop the car out?). The second photo on the boat is kinda awkward with the arm in the air, is it possible to photoshop my arm resting on the leg? I can provide another photo where my arm is resting on my leg if that's helpful. Thanks so much in advance
