This has to be one of the strangest requests I've heard lol...

Not quite sure of your motive behind dressing up a CPU in flip flops and shades lol.

But, I'm sure someone may take on this challenge.

Really? You have wayyyyy too much time on your hands..find a hobby, do volunteer work..somethin besides dressing PCs in clothes..sheesh:razz:

You probably have not given your request much thought, so it may not be obvious to you (since you are not the one doing the work) that sometimes it's a lot easier to do the project in the real-world instead of with Photoshop. It would likely take you only a minute to grab a pair of shorts, double-side-tape the shorts around the case, and take another picture.

In contrast, it would probably take one of us 15 or more minutes to find the appropriate files, 3D modify their shape to fit the case, composite them, then adjust the lighting and color to match, and then post the result back here -- all for zero pay or satisfaction.

Also, in case you had not realized it, this is primarily an educational forum. In other words, the primary goal is to help people learn Photoshop. In case you are interested, we also have a fee-for-service section.

Just my $0.02,

Tom M

Congrats! You did a fantastic job! I especially like the yellow-green cross processed look you gave to the background.

This was one of those cases where one has more motivation and the appropriate germ of an idea to carry it through better than anyone else.

Cheers,

Tom
