Hi im working on my CD. I actually had someone one else put it in the templates and design it. Where i have the songs on the inside sleeve i can not change the opacity back to normal of the font. Behind the songs and info i have an image... it stays the same Ive tried everything i think. any ideas?

ya the slider is all the way over and the layer is set to normal. can i send a jpg of it for you to check out. thanks. kinda hard for me to explain.

Ok i uploaded a jpg of the inside, see how the center four songs on the left hand side are different? i cant change them to look like the others.

What version are you using.
Your layers have 2 boxes before the layer itself.
In the active layer you have an eye in the first to make it visible, the second has a brush.
That may be a color lock, undo that and see what happens.

hi im using version 7...that paint brush just moves with whichever layer i click on i cant get the brush off there

With that same layer active as in the screen dump, go to the top of the layers pallet where it says Lock:

There are for icons across the top, click on the paint brush see if the brush disappears.

I haven't seen any difference in the settings but when I use the eye drop tool on the dim white text it comes up as #b2b0c5.
On the bright white text it comes up as #ffffff pure white.

So far I tried in CS5 CS3 even PSE7

I'm not giving up but I'm thoroughly confused.

Awesome, thanks Steve i would have never known to do that. ive got one more question for you and i think im good. ill email you. thanks for your time
