Yes, my daughter lives on the East Coast and I live on West Coast . I am not really tech savvy so I take the screen shot when she sends them to me. I try to download them but then I can't find them on my phone. I'm still trying to figure thing out. Your right would be such a better quality. Unfortunately I only have a cell phone to work with no computer
