Can you Change Photomerge Auto Default to Reposition?

I have had the hardest time finding a way to change the default setting in CS3 from Auto to Reposition. Is there a way to do this? I go through hundreds of pictures, only use reposition, and one less step would help a ton. Thanks!!!
