Restoration Can this photo be restored?

Can this photo of my grandma please be restored? Like maybe remove the yellow stains?

Polarworc have your monitor calibrated? You said you just converted to B/W but i see it with a strong magenta tone.
I was just saying that converting the pic to B/W removed the yellow stains in the pic. I applied tinges through Levels adjustment layer, and probably overdid the Red channel.
 
Wow thank you guys they really look good. Up to like what size can it be printed?
The image itself is 56" X 42" at 72 Pixels per inch. However, 72 PPI is terrible resolution for printing. You would have to convert it into 300 DPI for a good quality print.
 
Sorry to bother u again but exactly how do I make the image a better quality? I would like at least an 8x10 can it be done in photoshop I have the program I just have no idea how to use it.
 
I know "a" method, but I am unsure if it is "the" correct method.

Open the JPG picture in PS
Go to Image>Image size...
Under "Resolution" you see 72 PPI.
Change this to 300 PPI.
Note that this would result in the file becoming about 600MB. Also note that is is easier for you to carry the JPG image to the printer and he would be able to change the resolution before printing.
