Can this effect be done in Photoshop?

Hi,

I study architecture, and have a basic understanding of photoshop, but I want to be able to turn my pretty blank renders in to something like this render.

Can anyone give me any advice on how this might be done in photoshop, or point me towards a tutorial?

All you need to do is apply textures and gradients to your blank renders.
