Specific Can this action shot be sharpened and cut?

Hi. Have a great action shot which I want to use in a graphic, but it's slightly blurred. I was wondering if anyone could sharpen the focus on the girl having the shot, and also cut her out so that we can use the isolated image of her on a graphic.

I have done the best I can do and I would have loved to have a ball in the photo after she kicked it, but I don't know what sport it is. The photo was shot with a really low shutter speed (1/125th sec) for this type of action so for next time that would need to be a lot faster, perhaps at 1/1000th second. Plenty of tutorials on sports photography on youtube.

Thanks Isac. It's a big improvement, so thanks heaps.

There was actually a ball, blurring its way past the other girl in red (it's soccer, by the way).

One more thing. Sorry to be cheeky, but would it be possible to isolate the girl, i.e. remove the background, so that I can superimpose her onto a different background for a graphic idea?

Also thanks for the suggestion re-shutter speed. I am very new to this and just have the settings the camera store guy recommended. I am using a Canon EF 70-200mm 1:2.8 L IS II USM lens, and I know I should be getting much better clarity than I do. You are right, the shutter speed was 1/125th, so I have upped that to 1/1000. It is also on F5.6 and ISO Auto, so any other suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. My shots are even worse for night games under floodlights.

I'll work on a cut out but I will need to have some blurred edges. I can put in a soccer ball as well. I do some sports photography and birds in flight and I use a Canon 7D with the new Tamron 18-400 lens. I use other lenses as well, but the camera settings I use are:
Shutter Priority Mode (Tv) (this is just my setting, others use Aperture Priorty).
ISO: Auto
Shutter Speed: 1/1000th Second and upwards (Normally 1/2000th-1/2500th)
AI Servo Mode
Continuous Shooting Mode
There are lots of youtube videos for learning sports photography.

That's awesome thanks Isac, and the slight blur is not even noticable when I raise the transparency and overlay onto the background. Very much appreciated once again.
