Can the text in this image be made any sharper?

Hey guys,

Photoshop newbie here. I need the text in this picture sharpened for a presentation and I have tried everything possible (within the limits of my limited knowledge of PS). Can anyone please help me so that the text is clear even when I zoom to let's say 50-75%?

To be honest, that table is so simple, it would be a lot easier and quicker for you and everyone else to simply retype it. However if you have a lot of tables like that, then it's a different story. In that case, I would suggest getting some good optical character recognition software that recognizes and preserves formatting like this, and run your images through it.
