Just would like to know how to get that shiny/bronzing look like in the 2nd image ? The first is the original Thank you.
 
if you look real close I see where selection has been made and they either added a photo filter or used Hue/Saturation. maybe both but there are other ways as well
 
Looks like some lighting/shadow effects were also done using curves adjustment layers.. one dark one and one light one, then masking them to only the areas to be lightened/darkened and feathering the masks.

Cool use of vibrance in the vid Steve posted, but masking the overlay layer to get back dark details is not necessary, simply use the sliders in advanced blending options on the overlay layer and set it to only blend on lighter colors.... I'll try to find a vid on how to do this but you can search for advanced blending and probably find a few.
