Can Someone With Good Photoshop Skills Please Edit A Photo For Me?

I'm basically looking for someone to remove the red from the flag and also the + on it so that it looks like a St Andrews Scotland flag.

Can someone please help me? I'm useless with this kind of things but I'm sure this would be very easy and quick with all of you experienced guys and girls.

Basically, this is a Photoshop discussion forum not an image editing site.

You are asking us to replace the British Flag to Scottish. Murray is from Great Britain. It wouldn't be sporting to have him hold the Scottish Emblem.
