A friend took this photo from snapchat i managed to crop my self from the rest of it but it still has this banner on it.
could anyone help me take this banner off? Thanks

OK, I've seen these banners before and I've seen it mentioned where they come from but I've frgotten. Will someone tell me where these low res cell photos get these banners?
