Can someone please smoothen/straighten the roots of my hair (From the roots down past my chin)

I thought it was worth asking: Is this the original image taken by the camera or mobile phone? The resolution is quite reduced, making it harder to produce the best result.
The result would be better after post-processing if you have a higher-resolution version.
As I said, you may not have it yet, but I thought it was worth asking.
