Thank you so much! My plan was to make the crystals smaller and thought it was best to just remove it all and re add the crystals back. It's much simpler to cut of the wires and remove the stones instead of c'n'p, rotate, mirror & mask all the single parts...
Can't you use an image without stones?

Thank you so much! I really appreciate this! My plan was to make the crystals 75% smaller and place them back on the plate. I'm really new to Photoshop, I thought this would be impossible. Thank you for thisThis was an interesting exploration. Removing the gems would have created some difficulty in creating and positioning all the missing bits - especially in the center.
So I rebuilt it using gold hoops and brushed in the welded spots using a clone stamp picking up an image from a welded gold plate.
Toyed with the idea of placing a small gold plate in the center on top of the joins. But up to the OP for any changes.
May do a bit more...but fun to work on...

Omg this is perfect! Thank you so much Jeff!Hi again - I made the stones about 50% smaller. More than that, they wouldn't fit properly. Hopefully that works for you.

Wow the gold thread is so nice! I will use this one in my collage. Thank you so so much!!!@stefyss - I decided to do one more edit - didn't much like the welded joins so replaced with gold thread.
Also took care of some flaws in the hoops. Enjoy!
