can someone please put this females face on this other female?

Can you guys put the face of the girl in the picture of the left on the face of the girl on the right, blending the skin color of the hands, neck, and face to the girl on the left picture?

If you guys can do it today it would be helpful. I've tried but I suck at photoshop and have been sitting here for an hour failing.
