Can someone please photoshop these 2 images for me?

One is of David Cameron, i would like him to be doing the Nazi salute, with a the classic red white black swastika in the background and a hitler moustache.

The second is Chris Grayling, again changing his gesture to the salute and swastika in the background.

Here are the images, they are small, but they are the best i can obtain.

I have supplied an example of the picture for the background, obviously you may be able to find better.
