I'm pretty much a noob, but I have tried my best to replace a random girls face with my girlfriends. This is kind of a surprise for her before she goes to the military. I couldn't make it look realistic, so I wondered if anyone here could do it for me and maybe try to explain how you did it? That would make me a very happy man.

Replaced with this chicks face:

If anyone has the time and want to do this I'd be forever grateful. I really want to do this for my girl, but I wasn't able to make it look realistic...

Post up what you did / have....If we know what you did, we can steer you in the right direction.
Your girls face is not complete, and looks to be cut and enlarged...that will make it TOUGH.

Can you give us a few more shots of her, including her hairline...whole head?
