I would like to change the look of my motorcycle, I would like to remove the red stripes and paint the black wheels red

ive also been thinking about painting the red parts blue if it's not to much trouble could someone remove the red stripes and paint wheels red and then do the exact same thing in a blue similar to a gsxr 600
